NMD DECADE LIMITED EDITION

I added the DECADE to my collection this morning. There is only 24 in the world and i own number 5. This is what the man himself MEZ had to say about the board -

Hi Aaron,

The NMD Decade was a limited edition board for our 10th year anniversary. The channels are hand shaped as per what I do for my custom team rider boards. They have a smooth entry point with a parallel profile transitioning to a deeper exit. I used an Opaque/ White 3mm 8lb PE deck with a mesh underlay through the centre of the boards contour. The Decade is a PP core, but the 3mm deck/ contour/ mesh set-up gives the board a nice flex, though is probably best suited for warmer waters (I personally like my boards stiff in all water temps). The template is wider than Ben's and Winny's signature models, but I think this is a good thing as it helps with buoyancy, an essential element in smaller, weaker wave conditions.
